For 20 years we have been the market leader in the field of wedding planning on Mallorca and integrate know-how and passion into every kind of event – also on Ibiza and Menorca! We have established ourselves as a German-speaking event agency on Mallorca and with our multilingual team (English, Spanish) we do justice to the internationality of the island. We realize events professionally and discreetly, so that you can enjoy a unique event on Mallorca undisturbed.
With every planning we are with a lot of heart and joy, which is essential for a successful event. Our clients feel that certain something and entrust us with a series of private and/or business celebrations in their lives: Marriage proposals, bachelor parties, weddings, (round) birthdays, anniversaries, company outings, incentive events… we’ll do it all for you in Mallorca!
We especially love unusual, great challenges, which we always gladly accept and crown with a smooth course. Our special strength is our team. We always work together and support each other, so that even in case of illness one of our event planners can step in. In addition, we set strict quality standards when selecting the service providers with whom we work. Just like you, we want an event without turbulences or (unplanned) surprises. For eventualities there is always a plan B – so that you can continue to celebrate carefree and relaxed, while we perhaps iron out a crease unnoticed in the background.
In spite of our good intuition and experience, we are still unable to influence one thing: the weather. However, with the best team behind us, reliable service providers and a passion for event design, we manage to coordinate around a weather change. All of this justifies and makes up the success of our company, not least with wonderful, happy customers.

I have a degree in business administration and studied at the Berufsakademie in Stuttgart. I originally came to Mallorca in 1996 to set up a family business in the water sports sector. After that I worked for some years at an advertising agency in Palma. Since 2008 I am the proud mother of a son and live in Andratx. At first I only helped out at bigger events and since 2013 I have been working as an event planner. I love the creativity and organizational challenge in my job, but above all the personal contact to the customer, the common and very personal planning of every event!
Ina Sawallisch
INDEPENDENT WEDDING PLANNER
After studying business administration at the University of Cooperative Education, I was drawn back to university and also studied English and American studies. During this time I worked continuously in business. During these years I was also able to gain my first experience in the field of events and was able to work as a hostess at many international congresses, trade fairs as well as political and musical events. After completing my studies, I moved to Mallorca for private reasons, where I have been living with my partner and two children ever since. My hobbies are travelling and experiencing other cultures, reading, riding and yoga. Not one day of my work and not one of my clients is like another. I enjoy the variety and the challenge that comes with it. In addition, it is always wonderful to plan and experience such a personal and unique event together with our clients.

I like the creative, the conceptual and the perfection and therefore I prefer to organize, refine and think ahead. The planning of an important day for bridal couples and guests, the positive excitement, the excitement and the thinking motivate me. I have been living on the island of Mallorca for over 20 years and have mainly worked in the furniture industry. As a social pedagogue I have gained a lot of experience in the social sector in Germany. My passion is art and I would call myself an all-rounder. For my team I am on duty wherever there is a fire. Especially when many events and weddings are in high season, I help out wherever I can. Otherwise, I look after the office and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. I like to be the backbone of the team and the shoulder you rely on in an emergency.
